San Clemente Villas is a Happening Place

The mornings are getting darker, the night air a bit cooler, fall is coming. Although for us coastal residents it’s usually the time when the weather gets warmer. Regardless, the year is winding down, and soon we will be celebrating Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years. I can’t believe how time has flown. It seems to go faster every year.

As co-owner of San Clemente Villas, I encourage my staff to plan activities that our residents will enjoy. There are some big events, like the Luau on August 17th and the Talent Show that we held on August 26th. There are Chamber Mixers, Dance Parties and fundraisers held here at the Villas as well. We always have a few more spectacular events as the holidays approach, but we also have regular monthly events as the Villas .

Wednesdays at 2:00 on the Lower Level

“Mahjong is a game of both skill and luck that originated in China many centuries ago and was brought to the West in the 1920’s with the publication of Joseph Park Babcock’s “Rules of Mah-Jongg.” American mahjong is unique from Asian mahjong in several ways. American mahjong utilizes racks, jokers, “Hands and Rules” score cards and has several distinct game play mechanics.”

We also hold water aerobics classes, computer classes, we offer seminars which enlighten and educate not only our residents, but everyone associated with San Clemente Villas.

I would like to give a special shout out to Barbara Tancredi and the rest of our dedicated staff here at the Villas!
